We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager / Director with a proven track record in the Food Ingredients industry to join our client's growing team.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

✅ Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and major food & beverage manufacturers.

✅ Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

✅ Drive sales, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

✅ Manage customer onboarding and account development activities.

Required Qualifications

✔️ 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Food Ingredients industry.

✔️ Strong experience selling dietary fibers, sweeteners, prebiotics, and starch-based sweeteners.

✔️ Excellent product knowledge and application expertise in food and beverage ingredients.

✔️ Experience selling ingredients used in protein bars, gummies, bakery products, cereals, snacks, and beverages.

✔️ Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

✔️ Established network with major food and beverage manufacturers.

✔️ Previous experience with companies such as Anderson Advanced Ingredients, Tate & Lyle, Roquette, or ADM is highly preferred.
