Regional Sales Manager - NE Region

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across designated territories. Compensation - base pay of $65,000 to $75,000 and total compensation upwards of $130k - $140k with commissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve regional revenue goals and expand market share.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, product demos, and personalized account management.
• Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of scientific or medical equipment solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing, including pipeline development and CRM system updates.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth within assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in scientific or medical equipment technical sales preferred.
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, territory management, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint), and analysis tools.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Technical sales experience involving product demos and enterprise selling techniques is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical sales environments is a plus.
• Organizational skills that enable efficient client communication, meeting scheduling, and strategic planning.
