Translate merchandising strategies into measurable planning outcomes.

Support assortment optimization increasing to SKU productivity & adoption rate.

Partner with Supply and Demand leaders to ensure executable product plans.

Establish product KPIs linking assortment decisions to margin and inventory health.

Lead product planning governance forums within IBP.Develop analytics-driven product planning capabilities.

Salary range

$119,000 - $242,605 annually,Extensive experience in merchandising, product planning, or retail strategy leadership.

Experience at premium or global fashion/consumer brands.

Strong commercial acumen combined with analytical rigor.

Ability to operate at the intersection of creativity and operational execution. /ce1##
