• In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement.
• Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed.
• You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
• The work model for the role is:
• This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings and Smart Power division in Malaysia.
• Main stakeholders are ABB commercial and technical customers, internal local and regional Sales and Marketing team.
• You will be mainly accountable for:
• Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s marketing initiatives, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.
• Assisting in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Support the creation engaging social media content and email marketing content.
• Assisting in organizing marketing events and webinars.
• Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
• Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.

The Role

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Communication or similar fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu is a plus
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Having knowledge in using graphic design or video editing tools is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
