Project Manager/Program Manger

• Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (Should be prepared to come into the office at least 4 days per week)
• Pay Rate: $88.82/hr - $104.87/hr
• Contract Length: 12 Months with a possibility of extension

Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate across Commercial Banking and functional partners, including Finance and other partners, with the following:

• Planning and Scheduling
• Communicate project updates, priorities and expectations to stakeholders and team members
• Risk and Issue Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and decisions.
• Ensure all project artifacts (e.g., project plans and reports) are stored in a centralized location.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Must Have Skills

• Program Management for complex project with multiple workstreams
• Commercial Banking Experience (i.e., past projects with Commercial Banking)
• Regulatory experience
• Wires and Payment experience (i.e., SWIFT)
