Why This Role Exists

We're growing fast, with 2026 including some of our strongest quarters yet. Our pipeline is expanding rapidly across multiple specialized verticals and private fleets legacy TMS incumbents fall behind.

With BeyondTrucks, fleets go through a genuine operational and technological transformation, moving from spreadsheets, phone calls, and legacy TMS to an AI-native platform that changes how they operate and make decisions day to day. You'll be on the front lines of showing prospects what that transformation looks like for their fleet.

Every deal in our pipeline today runs through a Fleet Transformation Manager for organizational process & technical scoping, in addition to that same person's account management responsibilities.

As our pipeline grows across new verticals (chemical and petroleum fleets, hazmat waste, isotank, liquor, and more), we need a dedicated Delivery Manager to own technical pre-sales end to end, so deals move faster and our Sales team can scope and close with confidence.

What You'll Own

• Technical pre-sales scoping. Partner directly with Sales on every active opportunity to run technical discovery, translate prospect requirements into platform capability, and identify implementation complexity before contracts are signed.
• Solution design and demos. Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations that speak to the specific operational realities of bulk liquid and dry bulk fleets (routing, dispatch, fuel surcharge calculation, compliance, integrations).
• Deal support across the funnel. Work alongside Sales and Business Development on named accounts and new logo pursuits, including RFP/RFI technical responses and proof-of-concept scoping.
• Handoff to delivery. Partner with Project Delivery (PD) and Account & Change Management (ACM) to ensure what's scoped pre-sale is accurately reflected in what's delivered post-sale, reducing rework and surprises during implementation.
• Product feedback loop. Surface recurring technical objections and feature gaps from the field to our Head of Product and Chief Scientist to inform roadmap prioritization.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

• You're running technical discovery and demos independently on new pipeline opportunities without needing another team member in the room.
• You've built repeatable scoping and demo assets tailored to at least two of our core verticals (e.g., chemical fleets, construction materials, isotank).
• Sales cycle time and technical handoff quality to delivery teams both show measurable improvement.

Who You Are

• 3+ years as a Delivery Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Consultant in enterprise SaaS, ideally in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or industrial/B2B software.
• Technically fluent without needing to be an engineer. You can speak credibly about integrations, APIs, and platform architecture with a prospect's IT team, and you're comfortable getting hands-on with configuration during a demo or POC.
• Genuinely curious about operations. You want to understand how a chemical fleet dispatcher or a construction materials broker actually works day to day, not just sell around it.
• Strong under ambiguity. Our verticals (bulk liquid, dry bulk, hazmat, isotank) each have distinct operational quirks. You're comfortable learning fast and adapting your pitch.
• A true partner to Sales, not a hand-off resource. You know how to read a deal and prioritize your time toward what will actually move it forward.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, chemicals, construction materials, or bulk/industrial verticals is a strong plus.
