Job Description

Our client is seeking a proven commercial construction leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional projects, developing people, and building scalable operational systems.

While this role begins by leading complex commercial construction projects, its broader purpose is to assume day-to-day operational leadership by improving processes, developing leaders, strengthening accountability, and supporting long-term organizational growth.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who aspires to advance into a Director of Operations role and help shape the future of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Standardize project management systems, workflows, and best practices to improve consistency, efficiency, and execution across the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the project management team while fostering accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Drive project profitability through effective financial management, forecasting, cost control, and risk mitigation.
• Improve forecasting, reporting, and operational visibility to support better decision-making and project performance.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges by implementing long-term solutions that improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Partner with executive leadership to strengthen strategic planning, project oversight, and organizational growth.
• Build a culture of accountability and excellence where teams communicate effectively, meet commitments, and continuously improve.

Benefits

Base salary: $120,000–$140,000Performance-Based Incentive: Compensation is tied to demonstrated performance, expanded leadership responsibilities, and overall business impact.
