We're looking for a Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience who knows how to keep a project on time, on budget, and moving without drama. This isn't an entry-level role — we need someone who's already run the gauntlet of competing deadlines, shifting priorities, and cross-functional teams, and knows how to bring order to it.

You'll be the internal engine behind our client work: planning it, tracking it, and pushing it through to a final, client-ready state. You'll partner closely with Account Managers, who own the client relationship, while you own everything that happens behind the scenes to make sure they walk into every client conversation fully informed.

What You'll Do

• Project Ownership
• Define project timelines in collaboration with account stakeholders and build the roadmap for execution
• Responsible for writing and inputting tasks into Teamwork, and notifying assigned team members
• Make sure every deliverable is on brief, on time, and on budget
• Spot risks and bottlenecks early, and work with subject matter experts (like developers) to solve them before they cause delays
• Internal Communication
• Serve as in- between with account management, creative, development, and media
• Partner with Account Leads to make sure they're in-the-know on every deliverable status ahead of client interactions
• Set up project kickoffs and internal review meetings and hold the team accountable for coming prepared with the deliverables they owe
• Regularly update project leads on progress and flag concerns before they become problems
• Vendor Management & Trafficking
• Traffic media deliverables to vendors per spec, and own the QC/review process before anything goes live
• Own outreach to third-party production vendors (photographers, videographers, printers, editors, etc.) for project needs outside of paid media

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of project management experience in an agency
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects across both retainer and project-based clients
• Strong time management and organizational skills — you're the person who catches the detail everyone else missed
• A strong communicator with a solution-oriented approach — you bring options, not just problems
• Ability to build and manage internal relationships across departments with different working styles
• Nice to Haves
• Experience with Teamwork or a comparable project management platform (Asana, Monday, Basecamp, Wrike)
• Experience trafficking with media vendors
• Experience managing production vendors (photography, video, print)
