About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Creative Operations Project Manager to support a large-scale internal creative team. This role will focus on managing creative workflows, coordinating projects, improving processes, and ensuring high-volume marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently and on time.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within an agency, in-house creative team, or large marketing organization and understands how to manage multiple stakeholders, creative requests, deadlines, and production timelines.

• What You’ll DoManage creative projects from intake through final delivery
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, resources, and project milestones
• Partner with designers, copywriters, marketers, and business stakeholders
• Manage project workflows and ensure deadlines are met
• Facilitate communication between creative teams and internal partners
• Track project status, risks, dependencies, and approvals
• Improve creative processes and operational efficiency
• Manage high-volume creative requests across multiple channels
• Support campaign launches and marketing initiatives
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, or agency production
• Experience managing high-volume creative projects
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and production processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep projects moving forward

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an agency environment or large enterprise creative team
• Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar
• Experience managing retail, ecommerce, or large-scale marketing campaigns
• Experience coordinating designers, copywriters, production teams, and vendors
