About the Role

We are seeking a Business QA Analyst with strong Wealth Management domain experience to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. This role combines business analysis, quality assurance, and testing expertise to ensure the successful delivery of Wealth Management solutions across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into test scenarios, test cases, and validation plans.
• Perform end-to-end business, functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across Wealth Management platforms.
• Validate front-to-back business processes, client journeys, and investment-related workflows.
• Collaborate closely with business users, product owners, developers, and project teams to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases to ensure quality and business readiness.
• Support test automation initiatives using Selenium, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks.
• Conduct API testing, SQL/data validation, defect management, and test reporting activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement throughout the SDLC.
• Support CI/CD-driven testing and promote testing best practices across project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, Business Testing, or Test Analysis within enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Platforms, or related financial services systems.
• Strong knowledge of functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, UAT, and business process validation.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright, SQL, and API testing.
• Working knowledge of Java or Python.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, Squash, or similar testing and delivery tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted testing, AI-driven test design, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, securities, private banking, or wealth advisory operations.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or automation testing certifications.
