Job Title: Mobile Software Engineer (iOS / Android)

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Mobile Software Engineers with expertise in either iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) Connected Living Protection Experiences Engineering team. This team develops customer-facing mobile applications for Home Security and IoT products used by millions of Xfinity customers.

If you have strong experience building scalable, consumer-facing mobile applications and enjoy working with connected devices, smart home technologies, and modern mobile architectures, we'd love to hear from you.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional mobile application development experience
• Strong experience with Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android)
• Experience developing native iOS or Android applications
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
• Experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar design patterns
• Experience building backend-driven or dynamic UI (Spec-Driven Development/JSON Schema preferred)
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in Agile development environments

Preferred Skills

• Flutter and Dart
• SwiftUI (iOS) or Jetpack Compose (Android)
• IoT, Smart Home, Connected Devices, or Home Security products
• MQTT or similar messaging protocols
• Large-scale consumer mobile application development
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Backend, and Device Engineering teams
