AAA Club Alliance is currently seeking a Digital Web Analytics Specialist to join our organization in one of our 3 locations: Wilmington, DE, Cincinnati, OH or Columbus, OH.This is a hybrid role which will require on-site work 3 days a week

Compensation

We're looking for a Digital Web Analytics Specialist who is passionate about transforming digital data into actionable insights that improve customer journeys, increase conversions, and drive business growth.

In this highly visible role, you'll partner with Product, Marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to measure digital performance, uncover opportunities, and influence the future of our online experiences. You'll leverage industry-leading analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Power BI, BigQuery, and SQL to help optimize customer engagement across web and mobile channels.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).3-5 years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Power BI, BigQuery, SQL, and Excel.
• Experience building dashboards and translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong understanding of website analytics, digital customer journeys, conversion optimization, and KPI measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau, Adobe Report Builder, and enterprise data warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and digital experimentation.
• Experience supporting ecommerce or customer-facing digital platforms.
