Site Reliability Engineer

The role involves supporting contact center technology ecosystems as a Network / Site Reliability & Infrastructure Engineer (NSRE/SRE). Key responsibilities include providing infrastructure reliability, monitoring, incident response, and problem resolution for platforms such as NICE Nexidia, WFM, and CDM systems.

The candidate will automate tasks, improve operational efficiency, and support SaaS and cloud-based applications. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and ownership skills are essential, along with experience in Windows environments. Preferred skills include familiarity with Java, Apache Tomcat, observability tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes), and automation aligned with SRE best practices.

The role requires participation in shift-based support and on-call rotations to ensure system stability and performance.
