Financial Operations Support Analyst – Capital 5-Year Plan

What You'll Do

🔹 Manage transactional oversight for 50+ capital contractors and vendors

🔹 Conduct quarterly financial analysis and budget monitoring for funded programs

🔹 Validate contractor billing against approved project budgets and Certificates to Proceed

🔹 Coordinate with NYC Comptroller and DASNY auditors on payment inquiries

🔹 Support Local Law 24 Quarterly Reporting on active capital projects

🔹 Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on time and on budget

What You Bring

✅ Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience in financial/management analysis or reporting

✅ 4+ years managing large-scale project budgets

✅ Strong Excel skills; database experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server) a plus

✅ Sharp analytical instincts — you catch the variance others miss

✅ Comfort working across multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points

🎓 Master's in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or Public Administration
