Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst with a Global Logistics company in Seattle. This role will support IT finance, partnering closely with IT leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

This role delivers detailed financial modeling, variance analysis, and spend analytics across infrastructure, software, headcount, and emerging areas like AI, while providing actionable insights to guide strategic technology investments.

The position requires strong FP&A expertise, advanced Excel and systems knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• 5-7 years of relevant FP&A, Finance Business Partnering or IT finance experience
• Strong expertise with OpEx and CapEx budgeting, forecasting and business partnering
• Strong Excel skills

Salary: $115-120k
