• Due to continued growth, they have created a new Finance Analyst position to support commercial decision-making and investment activities across the business.

You will ideally have:

Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting.

Advanced Excel skills with experience building financial models and cashflow forecasts.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools would be advantageous.

Previous experience within real estate, property development or construction would be beneficial but is not essential.

Role and Reporting LinesReporting to the FP&A Manager, you will work as part of a growing finance team supporting strategic planning and commercial decision-making across the business.

Build financial models, scenario analysis and investment appraisals to support acquisition and investment decisions.

Prepare rolling cashflow forecasts and consolidated projections across multiple entities.

Deliver margin analysis, variance reporting and performance insights to support business decisions.

Assist with annual budgets, forecasts and performance analysis across the group.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packs for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Work closely with finance and operational teams to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and help enhance reporting and financial processes as the business grows.

Participate in strategic finance projects across the organisation as required.
