Reporting to the Business Analytics Director within the Global Travel Retail team, you will act as a key financial business partner, developing valuable insights on profitability and long‑term value creation. You will lead in‑depth financial reviews by operator, steer trade terms analysis, and bring an external industry perspective to support strategic decision‑making.
You will also lead selected streams of the cross‑regional Sustainable Profit project, working closely with Regional partners to ensure robust financial follow‑up and tangible impact on long‑term profitability.THE IMPACT YOU WILL CREATE P&L Review & Operator Performance Follow‑UpBuild detailed review and ongoing follow‑up of P&L performance by travel retail operator, and key profitability drivers.
Identify risks and opportunities across operators and regions, and provide clear financial insights to Regional, Corporate, and Divisional stakeholders.
Ensure consistency and robustness of P&L analyses to be used in management reviews and strategic discussions. Trade Terms Analysis & Financial Tool IntegrationLead the monitoring and analysis of trade terms across operators and regions.
Assess the financial impact of trade terms on margins and long‑term profitability as well as analysis of pricingDrive the integration of trade terms analysis into a new dedicated financial tool, in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Regions, Corporate, IT). Cross‑Regional Sustainable Profit Project – Stream LeadershipLead selected workstreams of the transversal cross‑regional Sustainable Profit project.
Monitor financial objectives, success metrics and frameworks for assigned streams.
Work in close collaboration with Regional partners to track progress, challenge assumptions, and secure value delivery.
Synthesize results, risks, and recommendations for senior management. Industry & Competitive Performance MonitoringFollow and analyze the financial performance of key travel retail operators and industry players.
Monitor market trends, competitor dynamics, and structural changes impacting profitability.
Provide an external and forward‑looking financial perspective to inform strategic priorities and long‑term decisions.
To
Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Around 7 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in travel retail, or luxury.
Strong expertise in P&L analysis, trade terms, and profitability drivers.
Proven ability to lead complex analyses and interact with senior stakeholders.
Clear, synthetical and impactful communication skillsStrong collaborative mindset with the Travel Retail community and teamsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; strong financial modeling skills.
Fluent in English and French.
