About the Role

This isn't a desk-bound sales job.

This isn't a role where you simply wait for customers to place orders.

You'll be responsible for managing and growing your assigned retail territory across supermarkets, pharmacies, minimarts and traditional retailers.

You'll become the face of Huiji within your territory—building relationships, identifying opportunities, solving problems and ensuring our products continue to grow in every outlet you manage.

Your Responsibilities

Territory Ownership

Manage and grow your assigned retail territory.

Build strong relationships with store managers, buyers and retail partners.

Identify opportunities to increase sales and strengthen customer relationships.

Expand product listings and distribution.

Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Grow existing customer accounts.

Identify and develop new retail opportunities.

Recommend promotional and merchandising initiatives.

Merchandising Excellence

Ensure shelves are always well-stocked.

Maintain attractive product displays and point-of-sale materials.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing and promotions.

Ensure pricing and product visibility remain competitive.

Market Intelligence

Provide regular feedback on

Customer insights

Market trends

Competitor activities

Product opportunities

Consumer behaviour

Your feedback will help shape future business decisions.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Marketing and Finance to deliver excellent service and support our customers.

Requirements

Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC or equivalent.

Sales experience in FMCG, retail or supermarkets is preferred.

Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.

Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred).

Comfortable travelling across Singapore.

Able to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
