Business Development Coordinator Responsibilities

• Organize and update data for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Assist in maintaining practice and industry collateral, including key metrics and recognitions.
• Manage updates to firmwide marketing assets and prepare professional biographies for new hires.
• Audit biographies regularly for accuracy, style compliance, and confidentiality, updating with achievements.
• Support the submission of industry rankings, surveys, and directories by gathering supporting materials.

Business Development Coordinator Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
