We're looking for someone based in Los Angeles who enjoys creating content, building communities, working with creators, and helping shape the future of our marketing strategy.

What You'll Do

Initially, you'll focus on social media and community growth while working directly with the founder.

Responsibilities include

• Manage Dint+'s Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Plan and publish engaging social media content
• Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
• Coordinate photoshoots and content creation
• Help recruit creators and influencers
• Build relationships with local communities and partners
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas
• Assist with launch events and community activations
• Help execute marketing campaigns
• Track engagement and growth metrics
• Collaborate with designers and developers

As Dint+ grows, this role has the opportunity to expand into leading our broader marketing efforts.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Loves startups and entrepreneurship
• Is creative and highly organized
• Has experience managing social media accounts
• Understands Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Can create engaging photo and video content
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is proactive and enjoys solving problems
• Wants to grow with a fast-moving company

Bonus Points

• Experience working with startups
• Experience with influencer marketing
• Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Photography or videography experience
• Event marketing experience
• Experience running paid social campaigns
• Familiarity with AI tools
