Brand Manager — Lifestream (Auckland, NZ) · Full-time

Since 1980, we've been on a mission to help Kiwis andpeople around the world achieve health and wellness throughpure, plant-based, highly bioavailable wholefood formulas —sourced from spirulina, chlorella, aloe vera, ancient herbs,and other natural ingredients.

We are entering an exciting growth phase and are hiring aBrand Manager to lead our mother & baby and kids' nutritionsub-line (Lifemum™ and Kids ranges). This is a hands-on brandmanagement role, not a coordination or admin seat.

You will ownthe brand end-to-end — from consumer insight and positioningthrough to new product launch and in-market execution — withyour work visible across New Zealand and international markets.

• Lead end-to-end brand strategy for the Lifestream Lifemum™(women's care, including pre/post-natal) and Kids nutritionportfolio, across New Zealand and global markets
• Build and execute the annual brand plan: positioning,messaging architecture, campaign concepts, and channel mix
• Own the 0→1 launch playbook for new SKUs — from consumerinsight and concept testing through to shelf-ready execution
• Partner with R&D, regulatory, and trade marketing to bringproducts to market on time, on brief, and on budget
• Track brand health metrics (awareness, consideration, NPS,market share) and translate consumer insights into brandactions
• Manage brand P&L, pricing strategy, and promotional calendar
• Manage external creative, media, and PR agency partners
• Contribute to Lifestream's global growth initiatives as partof the wider brand leadership team━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Must-have:
• 3+ years of brand management experience in FMCG, nutrition,health & wellness, or a closely related consumer category(in-house or agency)
• Track record of launching products and building brand equityfrom concept to market
• Strong project management skills — able to juggle timelines,stakeholders, and budgets without dropping balls
• Sharp commercial instinct: comfortable with P&L, pricing, andtrade marketing conversations
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• A genuine interest in wellness, plant-based nutrition, andsustainabilityNice-to-have:
• Experience in mother & baby or kids' consumer categories
• Background in plant-based, organic, or natural productcategories
• Exposure to New Zealand, Australian, or Asia-Pacific consumermarkets
