Malaberg is a direct-to-consumer holding company running a portfolio of health and beauty brands in the UK and US. We move fast, test a lot, and give people real ownership of their work instead of layering on process. The team is growing as the brand portfolio does.

The Role

We're hiring a Recruiter to run our busiest, always-on pipelines: high-volume roles across digital, creative, and entry-level/apprenticeship hiring, where applications don't really stop. You'll own each candidate's full journey, from reviewing CVs and running screening calls and interviews, to keeping hiring managers updated and guiding people through to offer and their first days.

It suits someone who's good at volume: organised, quick to spot a strong candidate, and comfortable running multiple interviews in a day while keeping every pipeline in order.

• What You'll Own
• Evergreen, high-volume pipelines: hundreds of CVs a week
• Screening calls and interview loops, several a day
• Clear, warm communication with every candidate
• Working closely with hiring managers on feedback, notes, and next steps
• Guiding candidates through offer and early onboarding
• Keeping pipeline tracking accurate, so anyone can see where things stand
• What Gets You Hired
• Solid high-volume recruitment experience without losing the personal touch
• An organised way of working that holds up when the inbox is full
• Comfortable being a candidate's main contact from first message to first day
• A strong communicator, written and verbal
• ATS-fluent and detail-minded
• Based in or near London or Oxford, happy to work on-site
