Your responsibilities

• Lead and optimize global pharmaceutical export operations across 150+ partners in 80+ countries.
• Serve as the business process and systems expert for commercial export operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of SAP-based business processes.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Export Operations teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of master data across business systems.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Must-Have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, IT, or Supply Chain within a multinational organization.5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical export operations.
• Strong SAP knowledge (SD/MM required;
• FI/CO preferred).
• Experience with Price
• Pro, TPES, Contract Management Tools, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Sales Operations, Revenue Recognition, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Strong understanding of GMP, SOX, internal financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., French) are an advantage.
