Senior Financial Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis

The Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A plays a key role in providing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting to support organizational decision-making.
This role leads the operating budget process, ensures accurate financial reporting and general ledger integrity, while partnering with clinical leaders/executives to deliver data-driven insights that support performance improvement, fiscal sustainability, and accountability. This position also drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting, and decision support.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications/experience:
