Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager contract role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Based in El Segundo, CA, this hybrid position requires working on-site for key meetings and collaboration while allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, overseeing paid and organic campaigns, monitoring web analytics, and refining strategies based on performance data. The Digital Marketing Manager will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, develop content and messaging aligned with brand guidelines, and maintain campaign calendars and reporting dashboards.

This role also involves identifying new digital opportunities, testing innovative tactics, and ensuring campaigns meet defined objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills to plan and manage integrated online campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to create, publish, and optimize content across social platforms.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to design and optimize funnels that convert prospects into qualified leads.
• Candidates should have experience with common digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms, marketing automation or CRM systems).
• Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment in El Segundo, CA, collaborating in person and remotely.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, A/B testing campaigns, and reporting results to stakeholders is beneficial.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6–8 years of experience in creator or influencer marketing with a focus on digital platforms
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, social platforms, and paid media-led creator activation models
• Proven experience leading and overseeing agency partners responsible for campaign execution
• Experience managing creator programs across multiple brands or audiences
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess performance and guide optimization
• Excellent communication, briefing, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Existing relationships with creator, media, or social agencies in the US market
• Understanding of US regulations, including COPPA and FTC advertising and disclosure standards
• Experience using creator and influencer SaaS platforms such as Captiv8, CreatorIQ, or similar tools
• Experience in kids, family, or other regulated categories is a plus
