Sr HR Manager

As a Senior HR Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy and ensuring that our human resources practices align with our business objectives.

In this role, you will support multiple Vice Presidents within the Chief Technology Office (CTO) and have responsibility for driving Engineering and Program Management functional excellence across Honeywell Aerospace.

You will report directly to the HR Vice President of CTO & IT, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by driving talent management initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

You will think outside the box to identify and implement sustainable solutions to attract, develop and retain our talent.
