Farmers Insurance District 37 is seeking a passionate and goal-driven Associate Recruiter to join our team. The Associate Recruiter is responsible for providing a funnel of prospective agency owners, sales agents, and service members in Austin and surrounding areas.

Our ideal candidate will possess the drive and determination to hit the high demands for our monthly recruitment metrics and will thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Summary of the role

• Source candidates through multiple platforms provided by the District Office
• Conducting multiple telephone pre-screens to shortlist the best candidates for face-to-face interviews
• Maintaining candidate documentation including candidate assessment profiles
• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout their recruitment journey
• Educating and influencing candidates around the brand message, our vision and mission
• Constantly seeking new ways to improve the recruitment process as the company grows and evolves

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
