The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused recruiter to join our growing Education Services team.

As an Education Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, interviewing, and placing highly qualified education professionals into school districts and educational organizations across the country.

This role is equal parts recruiting, relationship management, and sales.

You'll spend your days

• Building relationships with candidates
• Understanding career goals and motivations
• Matching professionals with the right opportunities
• Working closely with school districts and hiring managers
• Negotiating offers
• Guiding candidates through the hiring process
• Creating long-term partnerships that lead to repeat placements

Every successful placement helps schools better serve students while helping professionals grow their careers.

What You'll Do

• Source and recruit education professionals through multiple recruiting channels
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Match candidates with open positions based on experience, goals, and culture fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Negotiate offers and compensation packages
• Manage candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Consistently meet recruiting and placement goals
• Maintain accurate records within our ATS and CRM systems
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure an exceptional client and candidate experience

Compensation

We believe exceptional performance should be rewarded.

Compensation includes

• Base Salary: $52,000
• Uncapped commission structure
• Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $85,000+
• Six-figure earning potential as you build your desk

Your income grows alongside your production, and there is no ceiling on what top performers can earn.

Training & Development

Experience is preferred—but attitude and work ethic matter more.

Our comprehensive onboarding and training program will teach you everything you need to become successful, including:

• Staffing & recruiting fundamentals
• Candidate sourcing strategies
• Relationship building
• Negotiation techniques
• Sales training
• Technology and recruiting tools
• Industry knowledge

You'll also receive ongoing mentorship from experienced recruiters and leadership.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
• OR 2+ years of sales, customer-facing, or business development experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn
