What You'll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of professional positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify top talent.
• Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms and social media channels.

Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

Guide candidates through the offer process and assist with negotiations when appropriate.

Maintain recruiting activity and candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system.

Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

Continuously identify new sourcing strategies and recruiting best practices to attract high-quality talent.

Support additional talent acquisition and HR initiatives as the team continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.A proactive, detail-oriented approach and passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
