Recruiting & Administrative Support Coordinator

We are looking for someone with recruiting experience who knows how important it is to hire the right people. You will be one of the first people candidates meet, and you will help make sure they receive clear communication, a professional hiring experience, and a strong start with Quicksilver.

Recruiting and onboarding are the primary focus of this full-time position. When recruiting needs allow, you will also provide administrative and Customer Support assistance in our Denver office.

What You Will Do

• Manage job postings and review incoming applications.
• Screen and interview candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with managers and keep candidates informed.
• Track background checks, motor vehicle records, and required documents.
• Prepare onboarding paperwork and coordinate orientation and first-day needs.
• Maintain accurate applicant and employee information in Paycom.
• Follow up with new employees during their first weeks.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding for Quicksilver locations across the Company.
• Provide Customer Support and general office assistance as needed.

What You Bring

• At least two years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources experience.
• Experience screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through.
• A professional and welcoming approach with applicants, employees, and customers.
• The ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Comfort using Windows-based programs and learning new systems.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Experience with Paycom or another applicant tracking system is preferred. Experience recruiting drivers, warehouse employees, logistics employees, or other high-volume positions is a plus.
