Plant Operations Manager

This position is located in the greater Indianapolis area, relocation assistance is available We are looking for a Production Operations Leader to lead daily operations in a high-volume food manufacturing facilityto facilitate safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient plant operations.

Specifically, this position will:

Lead production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF, GMP, FSMA, and FDA food safety standards.

Partner with warehouse leadership to optimize inventory accuracy, material flow, and product traceability.

Develop and lead production teams while driving accountability and operational excellence.

Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve plant performance.

Experience desired:

Bachelor's degree5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in food manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, SQF, GMP, FSMA).

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and KPI management.

Working knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.

Proven leadership and team development skills
