Sales Manager - Series by Marriott

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced and dynamic experience Sales Manager, to lead and strategize our sales efforts at our two FOUND Hotels, located within the downtown San Francisco Market totaling 244 keys .

We seek a local candidate with at least three years’ experience in HOTEL SALES. You will have direct oversight and involvement in the following areas:

• Strategically pursuing and negotiating local, national accounts, and Marriott Global Accounts.
• Soliciting and contracting ad hoc group business, and blocks for citywide groups.
• Oversight of the marketing programs for the hotel.
• Participate with revenue management, working with the General Managers and Vice President of Hotel Operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least two years’ experience ideally in hospitality sales. Proven experience building and developing a business. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to multitask. Strong command of computers and Microsoft Office.

This position is intended to be for someone to work on site at the hotel, but there is an opportunity to the right person to work remotely on occasion as agreed upon with the General Manager.

We offer a very competitive annual salary which will be based on experience. The position will be bonus as part of our executive team at year end, based on total hotel performance.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
