What You’ll Do

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be a key driver of your store’s success by:

Sales Leadership

• Leading by example to achieve and exceed sales goals.\
• Coaching, motivating, and developing your team, in collaboration with the Store Manager, to maximize performance.

Customer Experience

• Delivering exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
• Creating an engaging, fun, and welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

Operations & Merchandising

• Assisting with daily operations, including inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising.
• Maintaining Pepper Palace’s high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.

Team Development

• Supporting the Store Manager in building a positive, collaborative, high-performing team.
• Participating in training and providing feedback on sales performance and customer trends.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years in retail or customer service leadership.
• Skills: Strong sales drive, exceptional customer service, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion: Love for people, food, and creating memorable experiences.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
