Project Manager - Workplace Fit Outs

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workplace fit-out projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, architects, designers, contractors, and internal teams
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and expertise to ensure project success
• Oversee project planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and expectations
• Manage project budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Business Administration)
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on workplace fit-out and commercial projects
• Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and leading project teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
• Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is desirable
