Who are we looking for?

Based in Wilmington, DE, the Program Manager will be working within a global team of R&D scientists and Applications Engineers and in coordination with Business Unit leaders, Sales and Development partners, in the MicroMax business within the MacDermid Alpha Electronic Solutions (MAES) division of Element Solutions Inc (ESI). The Program Manager leads multiple interrelated projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.

This role is accountable for program-level performance, including execution, stakeholder alignment, and value realization, and operates with a high degree of autonomy.

• Who are You?
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Typically 10–15+ years of relevant experience
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
• Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience in risk management, resource planning, and governance
• Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving ability
• Ability to influence and lead in a matrix environment

The typical base salary range for this position is between $128,636 and $192,954
