Expert Technical Specialist / Agile Product Owner

The state of North Carolina is seeking an Expert Level Technical Specialist/Agile Product Owner for a one-year contract. This candidate will lead business owners in translating customer requests into technical requirements and user stories.

They will be responsible for coordinating software release schedules with both business and technical teams, developing business requirements, facilitating change management documentation, and providing testing, training support, and mentoring.

This role requires a solid understanding of applications and their dependencies, and is vital for the Web Systems Team to deliver effective online services to North Carolina DMV customers while reducing office traffic.
