Position Summary

We are currently seeking a few motivated and results-driven Associate / Account Executives to grow sales and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective partners within our apparel, beauty, and footwear divisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about their industry, highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers while prospecting and acquiring new accounts.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Present product collections, promotions, and seasonal launches to customers.
• Prepare pricing proposals, quotations, and negotiate sales agreements.
• Monitor customer inventory needs and recommend products to maximize sales.
• Coordinate with customer service, operations, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM.
• Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities within assigned territory.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Experience in the respective industries preferred.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM platforms.
