Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Irving, TX. This role is responsible for identifying and cultivating new employer partnerships, particularly in industries such as hospitality, manufacturing, agriculture, construction, logistics, and healthcare.

Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, delivering presentations, and negotiating agreements that align with Pine Visa’s visa programs and compliance requirements. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal recruitment and immigration teams to design tailored workforce solutions, maintain accurate sales pipelines, and support account onboarding.

The role also involves monitoring market trends, attending industry events, and providing ongoing relationship management to ensure employer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building with employer partners.
• Experience in account management and client services, with the ability to understand employer needs and propose appropriate workforce solutions.
• Knowledge of or interest in employment-based immigration and visa programs (e.g., EB-3, H-2B, H-2A, J-1), with a focus on compliance and ethical practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency with CRM systems and standard office productivity tools.
• Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, HR services, or B2B solutions in sectors such as hospitality, manufacturing, agriculture, construction, logistics, or healthcare is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Irving, TX, manage multiple priorities, and operate with integrity in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
