Remote Recruiter (Must reside with ET)

Johnson Service Group is seeking an experienced and highly collaborative remote, Recruiter for our global manufacturing client to support critical hiring initiatives throughout North America. This role will serve as a strategic recruiting partner, responsible for building talent pipelines and filling both high-level professional and hourly field service technician positions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, project-based, and operational positions. This individual must be comfortable operating independently and managing competing priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for engineering, project management, field technician, operations, and leadership roles Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and external talent channels Conduct candidate screenings and structured interviews aligned with technical requirements and business objectives Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously while balancing urgency, quality, and candidate experience Provide regular pipeline updates, recruiting insights, and market feedback to stakeholders Maintain compliance with internal policies, employment regulations, and recruiting best practices

Qualifications

• Must currently reside within the United States within the Eastern Time Zone 3+ years of staffing agency recruiting experience, including at least one year working in a remote environment Proven experience exceeding KPIs and managing complex hiring portfolios Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, and/or infrastructure roles (background must include hourly, experienced, and senior level recruitment) Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative partnership skills Ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced environments ** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
