Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter 2 to support high-volume recruiting and workforce planning initiatives associated with ongoing operational growth and the startup of a new assembly line. This position will serve as a key partner to hiring managers, operations leadership, and HR teams by managing the recruitment lifecycle, driving candidate pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews while facilitating interview feedback and hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support hiring targets and operational growth initiatives.
• Track recruiting metrics, staffing progress, and workforce planning data to support business objectives.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates within applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Training, and Recruiting teams to achieve staffing goals and support new business initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with recruiting policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates, including hiring progress, sourcing challenges, and workforce trends.
• Support recruitment campaigns and continuous improvement efforts aimed at reducing time-to-fill and increasing hiring effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume or manufacturing recruiting environments.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Targeted Selection Interviewer certification or experience.
• Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and workforce data.
