Regional Procurement Manager

Location: Hybrid at one of several US refinery locations (CA/NJ/OH/DE)

Salary Range

USD 165,000 Base to 200,000 (Up to 22% bonus potential)

GH Engage is currently partnered with one of North America's largest independent petroleum refiners, operating a network of highly complex refinery assets that play a critical role in supplying energy products across the region seeking a Regional Procurement Manager to take ownership of procurement activities supporting critical refinery operations, maintenance activities, turnaround projects, and capital investments.

This is an opportunity to join a business operating at significant scale across North America, where procurement plays a key role in ensuring facilities operate safely, efficiently, and without disruption.

The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams helping deliver the materials, services, and supplier solutions required to keep complex industrial assets running.

Unlike a purely corporate procurement role, this position offers the opportunity to be embedded within the operation, influencing supplier performance, driving commercial value, improving processes, and leading a team that directly supports business-critical activities.

The Opportunity

As Regional Procurement Manager, you responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals supporting refinery operations, maintenance, turnarounds, and capital projects
• Own sourcing and contracting activities across materials, equipment, and services
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to deliver cost savings and reduce total cost of ownership
• Partner with category leadership to execute sourcing strategies and identify improvement opportunities
• Support operational teams with procurement solutions that minimise risk and maximise supply continuity
• Oversee purchase order, contract lifecycle, and supplier management processes through SAP and related systems
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes, supplier performance, and operational support
