Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Salespeople responsible for the day to day operations of the sales floor
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective management of leads.
• Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and forecast future performance.
• Negotiate contracts with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales management role automotive sale
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM software for tracking progress.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Experience in providing sales support and training to team members is highly desirable.
• A passion for achieving targets and driving results within a competitive landscape.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
