Job Summary

We are growing our Canada sales team and seeking a motivated Sales Manager to help accelerate growth in your assigned region. In this role, you will be a vital partner to the Head of Sales, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding our market footprint within your designated territory.

Must have requirements

• Experience specifically in PVC pipe and fittings industry, in the past 3 years.

Compensation & Benefits

• Commissions: Ranges from 1% to 3% of the total invoice value rather than profit margins.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Train and support distributor partners and sales representatives.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Represent Lesso at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Provide weekly sales and expense reports.
• Maintain accurate customer files, contracts and correspondence.

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
