Marketing Coordinator

The Direct Marketing Coordinator position is a junior-to-mid level role. The right person for the job will own, produce, and execute multiple Email, SMS and Push campaigns per week in a fast paced, rapid-growth environment dedicated to helping marketers promote their shows.

Essential Functions

• Create announce, presale, on sale and backend Emails using Email Builder. Proofread copy and check that information and links are correct, communicate errors to stakeholders, test rendering through Email on Acid, sign off and deploy on final version. This QA process is essential for the marketing comms to reach fans’ error free to increase ticket sales.- Create SMS campaigns through Journey Builder in SFMC. Proofread copy and check that information and links are correct, communicate errors to stakeholders, sign off and deploy on final version. This QA process is essential for the marketing comms to reach fans error free to increase ticket sales.- Coordinate and communicate to fellow marketers so they have the latest on program updates such as best practice, compliance regulations and product processes.- Source target lists through Luka with predefined parameters and specific segmentation to increase engagement.- Analyze Email and SMS campaign results to recommend improvements for future campaigns.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree (4-year)
• Work Experience: 1-3 years In live events company (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 1-3 years’ experience working in Email and SMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus- Some experience with Email HTML, AMPScript and troubleshooting CSS for email.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Curious, organized and detailed.- Must have strong work ethic, problem solving and prioritization skills.- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pluses:
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Project management experience a plus (working in Confluence, Jira or similar tool).
• Knowledge of and passion for the music industry
