Project Management Officer

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in PMO, Project Management, or Business Analysis who excel in portfolio reporting, governance, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement within large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise portfolio reporting across strategic programs and initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc executive reports and dashboards.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and governance metrics.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate reporting and resolve data quality issues.
• Support PMO governance by ensuring adherence to project standards, templates, tools, and documentation requirements.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing PMO methodologies, reporting templates, governance processes, and training materials.
• Promote project management best practices and support continuous process improvements through automation and analytics.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Project Coordination, or Business Analysis.
• Experience supporting enterprise PMOs or large-scale strategic transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to consolidate and interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level reports.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and PMO best practices.
• Interest in leveraging automation, analytics, and AI tools to improve reporting efficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment.
• ** Pay range- $70.00-$80.00/hour
