Job Description

Only qualified Project Manager with SharePoint & Microsoft Copilot candidates located near Dallas, TX, will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence.

Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for service communications from intake through deployment, including timelines, approvals, stakeholder alignment, performance measurement, and follow-up.
• Develop and manage new SharePoint intake process.
• Build and maintain centralized communications archive as a source of truth for past, active, and future service communications.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure communications are accurate, compliant, timely, customer-centric, and aligned with business priorities.
• Leverage Copilot AI Agents and automation tools to streamline workflows.
