POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a senior Enterprise Program Manager to lead a high-visibility, large-scale technology program on a 100% onsite basis in Seattle, WA. This key leadership role requires an adaptable program manager with a proven track record of managing global, multi-shore engineering teams of approximately 150+ members across onshore and offshore sites.

The incumbent will own the overarching program governance, driver program recovery initiatives when required, manage senior client stakeholders, and utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to build precise reporting frameworks—taking end-to-end accountability for overall program health and business outcomes.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️Drive end-to-end governance, operational metrics, and delivery accountability for a large-scale Agile program with 150+ team members

✔️Lead and align multi-shore engineering, QA, and product teams across global geographical locations, including onshore and offshore hubs

✔️Serve as the key strategic liaison between client executive leadership, Product Owners, and multi-disciplinary development teams

✔️Build, maintain, and publish real-time program health metrics, performance tracking, and executive dashboards using Azure DevOps (ADO)

✔️Direct program recovery efforts by analyzing bottlenecks, establishing risk mitigation plans, and realigning cross-workstream deliverables
