Responsibilities for Software Product Manager include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between Business, Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, and IT delivery teams.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Drive initiatives related to: SAP CPQ, Pricing & Quotation Management, Billing & Invoicing, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, requirements gathering meetings, and solution design reviews.
• Partner with architects and development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution validation, and business readiness activities.
• Analyze production issues and collaborate with technical teams on root cause analysis and resolution.
• Create and maintain business process documentation, training materials, user guides, and workflow diagrams.
• Support deployment, change management, and adoption activities.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements, design decisions, testing outcomes, and delivered functionality.

Candidates for Software Product Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of overall experience in enterprise applications, business analysis, product ownership, or solution architecture.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a: Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Owner and Solution Architect
• Strong understanding of: CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Billing & Invoicing, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Pricing Management, Revenue Lifecycle Processes
• Experience creating business requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, middleware, and enterprise application ecosystems.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $71.50 per hour
