As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our parking and fleet products, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of our university community. Lead the product development process for parking and fleet products, from ideation to execution, while ensuring alignment with the overall goals and objectives of UCLA.
Conduct market research and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, setting clear goals and timelines for product releases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
Define and communicate product requirements and specifications, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of the university community.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve product features and functionality.
Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and improvements within the products.
Manage product budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of available resources.
Act as a point of contact for any product-related inquiries or issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop and execute product launch plans and promotional strategies.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the development and maintenance of products.
Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Act as a strong advocate for the product, promoting its value and benefits to stakeholders and users.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape, identifying potential threats and opportunities for UCLA's parking and fleet products.
