Are you ready to drive the digital evolution of marketing technologies for a global life sciences leader? This high-visibility role serves as a strategic liaison across cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into seamless platform enhancements. You will champion agile delivery, lead digital asset management governance, and pilot innovative AI capabilities to accelerate operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAFe PI Planning cycles and DevOps demand intake to align enterprise platform objectives with strategic business roadmaps.
• Establish unified taxonomy standards, metadata frameworks, and DAM governance models to optimize asset discovery and lifecycle management across Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Manage cross-functional integration timelines and vendor workflows to guarantee operational readiness for new product launches, platform migrations, and acquisitions.
• Pilot AI-enhanced operational capabilities and troubleshooting strategies to elevate system performance, minimize technical friction, and maximize process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise marketing operations experience, with expertise in supporting commercial, field-facing, or life sciences technology environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Veeva Vault platforms (PromoMats) alongside strong proficiency in IT Service Management and DevOps frameworks.
• Proven track record of bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders to execute complex, multi-platform digital transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) paired with collaborative, consultative leadership skills.
